I've received the wrong item — what should I do?

If you've received something other than what you ordered, we're sorry for the mix-up — let's get the right item to you.

To help us resolve this quickly, please get in touch and send us:

- A photograph of the item you received

- A full-length photograph of the item

- A photograph of the barcode on the item's packaging

- Your order number

- The name of the item you were expecting


The barcode is particularly important — it lets us identify exactly what's been sent, so we can correct things for you as quickly as possible.


Once we've reviewed everything, a member of our team will be in touch with the next steps.
