Returns at a Glance

14-day return window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Return costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Multiple parcels: If your order arrives in more than one parcel, a separate return label will be required for each parcel.

Exchanges: Customers cover the cost to return items, but we cover shipping for the replacement.

Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

United States: Use our online portal here. Return label fees are dynamically calculated and shown at checkout.

UK & EU: Email [email protected]. You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and request a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your items back.

Rest of World: Email [email protected]. We’ll provide instructions once your request is approved.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

If your order was delivered in more than one parcel, each parcel requires a separate return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval.

For exchanges, you cover the return cost, but we’ll ship the replacement free of charge.
