I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@contempee.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Customs tax and duties
UK
All orders are shipped from the UK therefore there will be no customs charges for UK & Northern Ireland orders.
US
All orders below $800 will incur no customs charges. For orders over this amount it is the customer responsibility to pay for the customs charges.
EU (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland)
Import taxes and duties will be added to your checkout, your order will then be delivered with duties & taxes pre-paid.
UAE
Import taxes and duties will be added to your checkout, your order will then be delivered with duties & taxes pre-paid.
If the custom charges are not paid by the customer and the parcel is therefore returned to us, £20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover admin and shipping charges.
Crucial Notice:
If your discover that you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please notify us immediately. If your order has already been shipped with the incorrect or incomplete address, it is advisable to contact the courier promptly, as they may be able to assist in resolving the issue.
If you input an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, and as a result, your order goes missing or is delivered to that location, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing the order to your preferred address.
