Part of my order hasn't arrived — where is it?

If part of your order has arrived but something's still missing, there's a good chance it's simply on its way separately.


Some orders are dispatched in more than one parcel — this is completely normal and doesn't mean anything's been forgotten. It usually happens with larger items like faux trees, or when an order contains several pieces.


A few things worth knowing:

- Parcels in the same order may be sent separately and can arrive on different days.

- Tracking is sometimes provided separately for each parcel, so one may update before another.

- Parcels usually arrive the same day, or within 1–2 working days of each other.


If the rest of your order hasn't arrived after 1–2 working days, please get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
